About the role

As an Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate systems and processes, supporting care coordinators, and ensuring our office runs efficiently. You’ll be the first point of contact for many internal and external stakeholders, so excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties including mail handling, diary management, and correspondence.
  • Maintain stock control for office supplies and care equipment.
  • Liaise with care workers to ensure timely distribution of essential items.
  • Support care coordinators with data input and provide cover when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Assist with team meetings, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Handle customer relations professionally, including answering calls and safeguarding service users.
  • Ensure care worker files are up to date and compliant with company policies

About you: 

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in the health and social care sector desired.
  • Proven IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Caring, patient, and reliable nature.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
