What You’ll Be Doing
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll help plan, deliver, and evaluate innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms. Your day-to-day work will include, but not be limited to:
- Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns (web, social media, print, TV, radio, outdoor advertising)
- Writing engaging and persuasive copy for websites, brochures, social media, and advertising campaigns
- Designing creative marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, social posts, signage, and flyers
- Using tools such as WordPress, CRM systems, and Google Suite (Ads, Analytics, GTM, Looker) to manage and monitor activity
- Supporting event planning and delivery, ensuring smooth organisation from start to finish
- Researching industry trends and monitoring competitors to inform campaigns
- Coordinating with suppliers such as printers, designers, and advertising agencies
- Supporting the Senior Marketing Executive and PR & Communications Manager on agreed activities
About You
You’ll be a motivated and adaptable team player with a flair for creativity, a superb eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has fantastic written skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive content
- Has experience in digital marketing (WordPress, CRM, Google tools, social channels)
- Brings strong design skills, ideally with Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign
- Is organised, adaptable, and confident juggling multiple projects
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Holds a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, PR or related field
- Has 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
