What is required from you?
- A clean and current driving licence and PCV licence is essential
- A minimum of three years driving experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Previous experience working adults with complex learning disabilities and health care needs, however let us know any personal experience, related background or qualifications as this experience is all relevant too
- The ability to work cooperatively and professionally with colleagues, service users and others
- A caring, patient and reliable nature

Supporting – Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.
Communicating - effectively communicate using people’s chosen methods
Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life
Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
Team player – Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
