Main Responsibility

  • Earn £9.70 per hour as a Senior Care Assistant working nights
  • Full time contract available - Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
  • Trafalgar Care Home has 26 beds, and is located close to local amenities as well as being a short walk from Weymouth's famous beach
  • Established Senior Management Team

As a Senior Care Assistant you’ll carry out care and support plan reviews, supervise and lead the healthcare teams, administer residents’ medication in line with the Home’s policies and procedures, adhere to the Home’s system designed to assess the risk of, and to prevent, detect and control the spread of infection, respond quickly, calmly and efficiently to any situation, to perform other such duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post as may be reasonably required.

  • Do let us know if you have your level 3 or equivalent in health & social care, along with any other skills you have gained as all experience is relevant.
