In this pivotal role, you’ll be the creative force behind how we promote our employer brand, tell our story, and attract top talent who share our passion for care. You’ll help shape this role from the ground up – blending creativity with strategy to put Agincare on the map as an employer of choice.

About the Role
Working alongside our dynamic Recruitment team, you’ll:
- Craft and deliver compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to attract diverse talent.
- Build engaging content (adverts, blogs, videos, posts) that showcase life at Agincare.
- Elevate our employer brand across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and beyond.
- Manage and grow our careers social media presence.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
- Support candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
- Lead creative projects like recruitment events, open days, and webinars.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding or talent attraction.
- A natural flair for storytelling and connecting with people.
- Strong skills in content creation – whether writing, video, or digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to measure impact and adapt strategies.
- Creativity, curiosity, and the confidence to try new ideas.
Experience with video and multimedia content is desirable – but above all, we want someone bursting with ideas, energy and a passion for showcasing what makes Agincare special.
