Join our dedicated team as an Operations Support Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our business operations. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and Senior Operations Team, helping to drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and support our commitment to delivering outstanding care across our services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work in line with sector legislation and regulations to maintain high care standards.

  • Support the Managing Director and Operations Team with admin tasks, including bookings, meetings, audits, and note taking.

  • Complete regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly duties as required.

  • Stay up to date with company policies and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with the Managing Director, Operations Team, other office and field based staff and other professionals.

  • To keep legible, accurate and detailed records.
  • To answer the telephone in a welcoming and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with the relevant departments in coordinating sponsorship candidates with defined and undefined visa’s.
  • To include travelling for meetings and support in branches when required. Support for branches to include; training, auditing, supporting with compliance, general day-to-day support. 

About You

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys being at the centre of operational activity. You’ll be confident working both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You’ll have:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in a busy operations or care environment

  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience taking minutes and preparing professional documentation

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to travel to branches when required
