We’re seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Manager to join Agincare Enable; a leader who can inspire teams, forge meaningful partnerships and drive services that genuinely transform the lives of people with learning difficulties, mental health and other complex needs.
The opportunity:
This role oversees two locality managers and a range of services, including five supported living services, one registered residential home, and an outreach contract for mental health in Bromley. It also covers three respite services, one registered service in Newham, and several small supported living services in Bexley for people with learning disabilities.
We’re seeking a highly motivated leader with a strong focus on quality and experience in growing services. While we offer flexible office locations, you will be expected to spend around 65% of your time within the services you manage.
How You’ll Make a Difference:
• Lead and support a team of Registered Managers
• Oversee high-quality, person-centred care across multiple services
• Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Mobilise new services and drive growth
• Ensure full compliance with legislation, safeguarding and company standards
• Monitor quality, performance and improvement across all services
• Support recruitment, development and retention of great people
• Take ownership of budgets and business development opportunities
Your Skills and Passion:
• Experienced leader within health or social care (desirable)
• Confident in managing people, performance and compliance
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and sector regulations (desirable)
• Able to build trust, inspire teams and work collaboratively
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and services, with travel required to multiple locations for meetings and company promotion.
· Committed to quality, dignity and meaningful support
· Strong understanding of Supported Living principles, processes, and values, with experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or physical/complex health conditions.
· Skilled in Positive Behavioural Support, de-escalation techniques, and the use of assisted communication tools.
