About the Role
In this role you will provide administrative support support to the Facilities Team, enabling them to offer and provide an efficient service to their internal & external stakeholders.
You will -
- To work to a position of being able to answer and field phone calls, coming into the office as appropriate.
- To be responsible for ensuring that the post is dealt with on a daily basis, franking out-going mail.
- To use specialised IT systems when required, following full training and support.
- To support HR and Quality in the preparation of regular reports (as directed by the CST Manager)

- To conduct Market Research as required.
- To ensure all files are up to date and ready for auditing as required.
