What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and pride in your work
- To work 30 hours per week from 9am to 3pm to include alternative weekends
About the role
- Creating a welcoming environment – keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
- Room care with pride – dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents’ rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage
- Working together – collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Making a difference through kindness – sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day
