What is required from you?
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
- Well organised and self-motivated
- Include any shift patterns/availability.
A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be the friendly go-to person for both clients and staff. Your days will be full of variety—checking in with clients, supporting your team, reviewing care plans, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll help shape the best possible care, support your colleagues to feel confident and valued, and play a key role in keeping everyone safe, happy, and thriving.
