About the Role
As our Facilities & Estates Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Facilities Department—ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From managing maintenance tickets to liaising with contractors and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional, user-friendly service that supports our commitment to high standards across all Agincare locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance tasks via the CAFM system
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Generate reports to support performance and planning
- Manage purchase orders and reconcile invoices
- Schedule site visits and liaise with contractors and internal teams
- Deliver support to internal teams, ensuring all sites remain safe, compliant, and fully equipped to provide outstanding care.
- Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Department
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional with:
- Strong experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (ideal but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and a collaborative mindset
