We are seeking Care Assistants to help and support our clients returning home after they leave hospital. This is a nationwide position so you will be required to travel. We currently support clients across Dorset, Somerset, Worcester, South Devon and Oxfordshire so you will be required to work within one of these areas. We do anticipate further growth.

As a Project Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing medication, companionship, personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, and helping with domestic tasks. You will be required to update client care plans to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
