Main Responsibility
As a Bank position the hours and days you work can vary as you will be supporting us with cover as and when we need it, such as when team are on holiday or on sick leave.
- Earn up to £9.20 per hour as a Care Assistant in our Portsmouth Care Homes
- Flexible roles (work when you want)
- We have two Care Homes in the Portsmouth area with bank contracts available
- These Care Home are:
- Cordelia Care Home (Fareham)
- Gorseway Care & Nursing Home (Hayling Island)
- Bank hour contracts available, with the possibility of moving to a permanent contract when available

As a Care Assistant you’ll be providing our residents with support and companionship, getting to know them individually and delivering the best possible care for them. Each and every day can be different, though quality care is fundamental, your role will involve personal care duties such as bathing and dressing, updating their care plans, and helping them to remain as independent as possible. You’ll also take part in a variety of creative activities – a favourite for our residents!
