Join the Agincare family as a Bank Kitchen Assistant at our Gorseway care home. You’ll play an important part in preparing nutritious, delicious meals that our residents can look forward to, helping to make mealtimes enjoyable, comforting and something to look forward to.

We’re looking for:
  • Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK 
  • Bank Kitchen Assistant - this is a zero hour contract
  • Combination of shift times; 7.30am - 5.30pm and 9.30am - 7.30pm
  • No set shifts, flexible rota
  • A positive, team-focused attitude 
  • Previous kitchen experience required for this role
Your role:
  • Support the chef to prepare balanced, nutritious meals and snacks 
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene 
  • Follow food safety, COSHH, and health & safety guidelines 
  • Work both independently and as part of the team 
  • Engage with residents, bringing warmth and friendliness to the dining experience 

You don’t need a care background, your care shows in the meals you help prepare and the welcoming environment you create.
