 Training & Assessment Co-ordinator

Location           : Remote working with delivery across the South East.  Head office based in Portland, Dorset.

Salary               : Circa £22,000 - £24,000

Hours               : 40

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual within health & social care to join a rapidly growing and developing training company. Assessing learners on the Apprenticeship Standards and delivering short courses and bespoke training packages.  Training Now is an approved apprenticeship provider and a subsidiary of Agincare Group, a leading health and social care provider who has been operating for over 30 years.

The Role

 The Training and Assessment Co-ordinator is responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey for a caseload/cohort of learners, recognising and tailoring the delivery to match their identified needs and requirements. It is the Training and Assessment Co-ordinators responsibility to manage their caseload and diary. The purpose of the role is to help to develop a skilled, capable and confident workforce to deliver a quality service for all clients via engaging training programmes which inspire learners.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be organised, structured, be able to manage their workload effectively and work on their own initiative. The right person will have previous experience in training and apprenticeship delivery.  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required and the ability to demonstrate integrity, be trustworthy and a role model to learners.

You will possess a high level or written and spoken English, A1 L3 Award in Assessing Candidates and it is desirable that you have IQA V1 L4 Award, PTLLS L3 or other relevant professional qualification.

Reporting directly to the Apprenticeship Manager and working in a friendly and supportive team.  This role is home based visiting learners in the South East
