Training and Assessment Co-Ordinator

Location           : Home based visiting learners in Dorset and surrounding area.   Head office based in Portland.

Salary               :£22,000 - £25,000 DOE

Hours               : 40

Job Requirements

The Training and Assessment Co-ordinator is responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey for a caseload/cohort of learners, recognising and tailoring the delivery to match their identified needs and requirements. It is the Training and Assessment Co-ordinators responsibility to manage their caseload and diary. The purpose of the role is to help to develop a skilled, capable and confident workforce to deliver a quality service for all clients via engaging training programmes which inspire learners.

Reporting directly to the Apprenticeship Manager

You will possess a high level of written and spoken English, A1 L3 Award in Assessing Candidates and it is desirable that you have IQA V1 L4 Award, PTLLS L3 or other relevant professional qualification.
