Role Responsibility of a Teaching and Learning Coach

The Teaching and Learning Coach will be responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey for a caseload/cohort of apprentices, recognising and tailoring the delivery to match their identified needs and requirements.

It is the responsibility of the Teaching and Learning Coach to manage their caseload, diary and deliver cohort training to our employers.

The purpose of the role is to help to develop a skilled, capable and confident workforce to deliver a quality service for all clients via engaging training programmes which inspire learners.

Job Requirements

What a successful Teaching and Learning Coach looks like:

  • The peripatetic nature of this role will involve using your own vehicle.
  • You must possess a high level of written and spoken English, A1 L3 Award in Assessing Candidates and ideally have V1 Award, PTLLS L3 or other relevant professional qualification.
