Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Agincare Enable supported living team.

The Support Worker role will involve:

  • Supporting people to engage with a wide range of meaningful activities.
  • Support people with specific communication issues.
  • Support people with all aspects of daily living from meal preparation to budgeting and this may include personal care.
  • The opportunity to work within our other services.
  • Monitoring and driving standards of care.
  • Safe and accurate medication administration.
  • Working with professionals and other parties to ensure support is person centred and of the highest quality by delivering real outcomes and enhancing wellbeing for the individual

Job Requirements

Desirable but not essential:

  • A caring nature and desire to make a real difference in someone’s life
  • A willingness to learn or previous experience in a Social Care
  • Excellent communication and customer skills, at all levels
