Job Description

An exciting new trailblazing flagship restaurant in Brighton is looking for charismatic staff, to deliver excellent high end Tapas and an exceptional customer service experience.

To support the kitchen they require an experienced and qualified Sous Chef. You will be second in command reporting to the head chef and will help create and inspect dishes before they are presented, ensuring outstanding satisfaction and quality are guaranteed.

Job Requirements

You will also possess the following:

  • Be motivated, friendly and approachable
  • Have good meal preparation skills
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and allergens
  • Stock management and food ordering skills
  • Minimum of 3 years experience work in a fast paced professional kitchen
