Agincare have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager at Gorseway Park on the beautiful island of Hayling Island, offering 54 nursing and 34 residential beds and with an RI CQC rating, this is a great opportunity for an experienced driven Registered Nursing Home Manager to really put their own mark on this stunning home and progress to achieving an excellent CQC rating.

As an experienced Registered Manager, you will be a highly visible and proactive leader promoting high standards of care and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, contractual requirements and providing general management support for the established and skilled teams, the successful candidate will provide effective strategic leadership and operational management.
