Recruitment Business Partner

A unique opportunity has arisen within Agincare for an experienced and exceptional Recruitment Business Partner. We are one of the largest Social Care Providers in the UK, and continually growing to match the ever changing markets.

As a Recruitment Business Partner for a social care company you will be instrumental in the attraction and retention activity of the Company, alongside ensuring that value-based recruitment is central to all activity. You’ll be comfortable developing on line campaigns that really inspire and engage all sorts of people to join social care and, once they start, to feel part of a vibrant, fun team with those who already work with us.

Working with hiring managers, area managers and directors this role is fundamental to the continuing growth and development of the organisation ensuring that KPIs for recruitment and retention are met within the operational teams. The post holder will be a regular attendee of Senior Management Team meetings.

Job Requirements

 

The successful person will have:

A proven record in recruitment

Experience of partnering Directors, Managers and Recruiters

An excellent knowledge of recruitment and retention strategies

Experience of applicant tracking systems

The ability to devise and implement compelling campaigns

Confidently able to deal with on-line portals, job boards and social media.
