Job Description

Recruitment Business Partner

Salary: Up to £30,000

Location: Stourport, Worcestershire 

Agincare was established in 1986 and is one of the fastest growing independent care providers with over 1500 employees offering a wide range of care and support services in the community.

 

The Recruitment Business Partner will liaise with internal stakeholders to design and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract applicants across our many Branches in England.  Experience in a similar role would be advantageous; however, we welcome applicants with a strong recruitment background looking to make the move into an in-house role. The successful applicant will be a driven individual with the ability to manage their own workload. 

As part of your role you will support all hiring managers across England and must be willing to travel to these locations to support with activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor turnover and retention rates
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future needs in personnel
  • Advising branch recruiters and hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods
  • Calculating and reporting on recruiting KPI’s
  • Keep up to date on recruitment trends.
  • Host and participate in recruitment events.
  • Identify cost effective recruitment advertising platforms.
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in high volume recruitment
  • Experience of recruiting via social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft packages including Outlook and Excel
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system.
