Job Description

Training Now are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Operations Director within the Training and Apprenticeship delivery sector. 

As the Operations Director you will actively promote and develop the business, making sure at all times that learners and their achievement are central to all we do. 

Leading from the front the Operations Director will:

  • Inspire the team of trainers and assessors.
  • Deliver effective learning experiences (Functional Skills, Apprenticeships, Adult Education and other training provision).
  • Ensure all statutory, legislative and funding requirements are met.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all our learners is paramount.

Training Now was established in 2017 as an employer led specialist Apprenticeship Training Provider in Health and Social Care. We have established a skilled and capable centre and field based team with provision in HS&C as well as associated qualifications such as business administration and customer service.

Our first apprentices are now completing their journey and so far have done so with merit, with our first to do so with distinction expected very shortly. It is a very exciting time to be joining the Company as it embarks on its next stage of development to ensure the start up of this new provision really fulfils the potential of learners by ensuring substantial development of skills, knowledge of behaviours and that our learners progress in a timely manner through all of the apprenticeship standards.

What we offer our Operations Directors:

  • Salary negotiable (depending on experience).
  • 40 hours a week.
  • Located in Portland, Dorset.
