Job Requirements

 

About you

You will need a car for this role as it involves face to face meetings with Service Users and Care Workers in the community.

This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week consisting of 4 hours per day. Times can be discussed at interview.

 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable team player to build on their customer service skills. You will have a helpful and flexible approach to tasks and excellent organisational skills which will allow you to build and maintain rapport with people over the phone and face to face.

Effective time keeping with a pro-active approach to work and able to prioritise your workload will be second nature to you; as will having a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience in an administrative role, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities is essential and you will be fully conversant with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word.
