Agincare was established in 1986 and is one of the fastest growing independent care providers offering a wide range of care and support services in the community.

We currently have a vacancy for the role of Estates Manager.   We are looking for someone who is able to provide comprehensive Facilities Management across all Group companies and subsidiaries. You will project manage and deliver a responsive and efficient service to all departments and managed services and deliver a professional standard on all aspects of Agincare’s building and maintenance programmes.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be organised, structured, manage their workload effectively and able to work on their own initiative. You must be creative in terms of advice given to optimise use of buildings and how property or the FM service can maximise its asset value to a high standard. 

  • Previous facilities management experience is desirable
  • Experience of managing people is essential
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Experience in managing key supplier relationships on contracts is desirable
