Your role as a Recruitment Officer  

  • Working closely with our Operations team to understand the talent needs for the branch
  • Workforce planning for current and future projects
  • Providing an excellent candidate journey for all potential employees
  • Build rapport quickly and have a flair of spotting talent in potential Care Assistants  
  • Understanding the local employment market and competitors
  • Working across all our Social Media channels to maximize our exposure in recruiting talent
  • Build relationships internally and understand all the functions with our business

Key requirements of an Agincare Recruitment Officer

  • Caring, compassionate and friendly
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experienced in conducting face to face interviews
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Target driven
  • IT literate and have an excellent grasp of Social Media
  • Ideally have a background working within recruitment in the health / social care sector
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
