Role:   Customer Relations Administrator

Location:  Portland, Dorset

Hours:  40 per week (Mon-Fri)

Salary:  £16,300 - £18,000 pa DOE

The purpose of this role is to support and assist the Customer Relations Team and the New Starts Manager with all administrative duties associated with new business opportunities, ensuring all new clients start promptly and smoothly with all legislative administration in place.

Duties will include:

  • Providing excellent Customer Service
  • To assist the Customer Relations Team with answering and fielding all telephone calls from new and existing clients
  • To assist the New Starts Manager with care staff availability, coordination and matching of care staff to new clients. 
  • Prepare and dispatch of all outgoing mail to field-based care needs assessors.
  • Preparing all relevant documentation to a very high standard at all times
  • To collate and record accurately all Live-in Care Service compliments.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate must be:

  • Self motivated with the ability to manage  their workload with a degree of flexibility.
  • Sensitive to the needs of others demonstrating empathy at all times
  • Proficient with MS Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel with a good level of written and spoken English
