Construction Manager

Agincare is a rapidly expanding care provider with 50 locations across the country. We have an ambitious 5 year growth plan to take us from our current 70m annual turnover to 100m. The effective and efficient project management of our refurbishment and build projects in our care home group, and associated businesses, is a key part of this.

We are currently looking for an experienced construction manager to join our property team and work closely with our partner contractors. With experience of being a self-employed builder, site foreman, or construction manager of sizeable builds, we expect you to have the ability to lead on design, plan and build projects ranging from internal refurbishment and maintenance works to £1m+ new build extension developments.
