Agincare have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Registered Manager at Chalgrove Care and Nursing Home in the beautiful tree lined roads of Branksome Park, Poole.

Offering 60 beds and with a CQC rating for “good” this is a great opportunity for an experienced driven Clinical Registered Nursing Home Manager to really put their own mark on this stunning home.

As an experienced Clinical Registered Manager, you will be a highly visible and proactive leader promoting high standards of care and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, contractual requirements and providing general management support for the established and skilled teams, the successful candidate will provide effective strategic leadership and operational management.

About you

• Registered with the NMC and hold a current Pin
• Experience of having managed a busy nursing home is essential
• A successful team leader experienced in managing staff and challenging them to achieve the highest quality
• Inspirational and influential leadership style – have a belief and drive to make our resident’s lives better
• Committed  in your approach and open to change and continuous improvement
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mind for marketing and partnership working
• Personable Registered Manager with excellent communication skills and a passion for people
