Job Description

Role: Office Based Care Coordinator Part Time

Hours:  Part Time (22 Hours Mon-Fri 0930 - 1430)

Location: Portland

Salary: £17K-£19K (Full Time 40 hours so Pro Rata for Part Time 22 hours £9350.00-£10,450.00)

Our Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for any care-related query, whether from a care assistant, a client, a relative of the client or other health care professionals associated with the clients care provision.

The role is office based at our Regional Office in Portland and involves care matching, planning  and scheduling our excellent front line care staff to meet the care needs of our clients across the South East of England as well as ensuring that all parties are safeguarded and protected from abuse at all times.  

Job Requirements



The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible, IT literate and must have excellent Customer Service skills. They will also be a good communicator and maintain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment.  A calm and professional approach is a must to ensure our client’s right to choice and independence are promoted in a positive manner whilst ensuring that they are treated with the upmost respect, privacy and dignity at all times.
