Job Type:  Full Time 40hrs (inc on-call commitment)

At Agincare Live-in Care Services we work in partnership with Care Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities, families and next of kin to provide excellent levels of care to our clients across the UK.  We consistently achieve this through recruiting passionate and committed staff that share our values and understand the needs, concerns and expectations of clients and colleagues alike.  This ongoing success has created further opportunity to recruit an additional Care Coordinator to our team! 

Our Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for any care-related query, whether from a care worker, a client, a relative of the client or other health care professionals associated with the clients care provision.

The role is office based at our office in Worthing and involves care matching, planning  and scheduling our excellent front line care staff to meet the care needs of our clients across the South East of England as well as ensuring that all parties are safeguarded and protected from abuse at all times.  

 

Please note there may be a requirement to be part of the on-call team periodically, although this will be confirmed with the successful applicant. Care Coordinators required to be on call will receive time off in lieu and on-call pay in compensation.



Job Requirements

 



The successful candidate will be IT literate, proactive, flexible and must have excellent Customer Service skills as well as being an excellent communicator (written and oral).  Being a team player is a must as is being able to remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment.  You will ensure our client’s right to choice and independence is promoted in a positive manner whilst ensuring that they are treated with the utmost respect, privacy and dignity at all times.
