The role is office based at our Regional Office in Woking and involves care matching, planning  and scheduling our excellent front line care staff to meet the care needs of our clients across the South East of England as well as ensuring that all parties are safeguarded and protected from abuse at all times.

Please note there may be a requirement to be part of the telephone on-call team periodically, although this will be confirmed with the successful applicant. Care Coordinators required to be on call will either receive time off in lieu or on-call pay in compensation.
