An exciting new opportunity is available now, working within the Health & Social Care sector, within customer services and administration. You will be the first point of contact for answering all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to routine enquiries, dealing with new applicants, helping with audits and surveys and a whole host of other things. No two days are the same and it’s a great opportunity to learn and develop new skills and start your career within the Adult Health & Social Care Sector.

You’ll also be supported by a dedicated 'buddy’ as well as a team of experienced people.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be reliable, conscientious and eager to learn. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, you will be numerate and literate with good communication skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will have a first-rate attitude towards their work and show a willingness to grow and progress within the company.

Towards the end of your apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity to discuss potential further career and development opportunities with you with a view to permanent employment.

What you will need:

We are looking for determined individuals who are keen to learn and develop a career, have excellent communication skills as well as Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

You will also have:

  • GSCE/GCE qualifications at Level 2 in both Maths and English
  • Customer service work experience is highly desirable but not essential.

We will require the successful applicant to undertake a DBS as well as full referencing in order to start employment.
