Do you have a ‘Can do’ attitude?

You will provide efficient, confidential assistance and support to the Home Care Team. The smooth and efficient running of the office is paramount to the success of the business; this role will suit an individual with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude.

You role will involve different aspects including monitoring visits through our electronic system and liaising with the care coordinators regarding this as well a dealing with general recruitment, you will be first point of contact for new recruits and support them through the recruitment process for them to join our team.  You will also be involved with the team in conducting audits/surveys as well as whole host of office tasks.

No two days are the same and this is a great opportunity to build on your existing skills and work on your career progression within the Adult Health and Social Care Sector.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and adaptable team player to build on their customer service skills. You will have a helpful and flexible approach to tasks and excellent organisational skills which will allow you to build and maintain rapport with people over the phone and face to face.

Effective time keeping with a pro-active approach to work and able to prioritise your workload will be second nature to you; as will having a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience in an administrative role, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities is essential and you will be fully conversant with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Outlook and Word.
