Role Responsibility of a Sales & Recruitment Administrator

The successful Sales & Recruitment Administrator will be confident, eager to learn and keen to progress their recruitment career.


Duties will include:

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Develop digital marketing presence for the branch, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages or direct to the appropriate person.
  • Support Recruitment Consultants in all aspects of recruitment from initial contact, compliance checks through to interview stage
  • Conduct face to face interviews effectively and promptly with temporary and permanent candidates.
  • Ensure application packs are available at all times for prospective candidates
  • Update adverts on a regular basis
  • Support the wider team with additional tasks

Job Requirements


What an Excellent Sales & Recruitment Administrator Looks Like

You must have:

  • A good understanding of Microsoft packages including Outlook and Excel
  • An understanding of social media including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Previous experience as an administrator would be an advantage but not essential
  • A good level of English – both written and oral
  • The right to work in the UK
