Job Description

Field Care Supervisor required for our busy branch based in Stourport-on-Severn! 

Do you have experience assessing clients in a social care setting?

Are you organised and capable of supporting clients and staff for a thriving and fast moving home care service?

Have you carried out spot checks and audits to a high standard?

We have the ideal opportunity for you at Agincare as a Field Care Supervisor.

By supervising and supporting our care workers you will be ensuring our clients are receiving excellent care from our well trained, competent and compassionate team.

With your experience you will be ensuring people who use our services receive effective, responsive, safe care and that their needs and outcomes are met.

Job Requirements

About you

You are passionate about providing the best in community care; you thrive on delivering care to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with Care staff to gain their commitment and reliability.

You will have previous experience in social care with a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or other professional qualification in care; full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
