This ongoing success has created a career opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor covering East & West Sussex and Kent areas.

The main purpose of the Field Care Supervisor role is to ensure the support of the provision of a person centred, quality and safe service to all clients and staff. This involves the building and maintaining of relationships with clients, staff and stakeholders and ensuring in-date staff supervision, support and training for our Live in Carers. The staff you will supervise and support are Live in Carers who provide care for our clients. You will travel on your region supporting the Live in carers. The Field care Supervisor is home and field based so you will need to be highly organised and flexible.

As a Field Care Supervisor you will travel across the region visiting our clients and care workers, carrying out care plan reviews and staff support, dealing with GP's, Social Workers, and next of kin, dealing with concerns and complaints and contacting your clients weekly.

You will be on call on a rota every 6 weeks.

Job Requirements

What do you need to be a Field Care Supervisor with Agincare? We ideally seek the following skillset:

  • Previous experience of Social Care, as a Manager, Supervisor or Assessor;
  • You will need your own vehicle for work purposes and able to travel around your region;
  • You will have sound knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory framework;
  • A Health & Social Care professional qualification is an advantage;
  • Full, valid UK / EU driving licence;
  • Great communication skills - written and verbal;
  • Highly organised, with a flexible approach.
