Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Portland, Dorset

Salary: £20,000 - £27,000

 Agincare was established in 1986 and is now one of the fastest growing independent care providers in the UK.  We offer a range of services to private and public sector clients through our impressive portfolio of Care Homes, Live-in Care and Domiciliary Care services

 

Due to exciting new growth and marketing trends becoming more digital, we have an exciting opportunity to join our driven and expanding organisation.

 

Do you have experience of creating high quality, engaging content for websites and other digital channels?

 

 Do you have a sound knowledge of social media in a business context, including the creation of digital marketing assets to strongly engage our target audiences?

 

Would you like to develop your skills with one of England’s largest and most reputable private health and social care providers?

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating a social media strategy and digital marketing calendar
  • Planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid) aimed at extending reach & engagement and driving sales leads and care worker recruitment (and other KPIs as outlined in the strategy)
  • Creating engaging content for all social channels across our businesses
  • Creating digital marketing assets using Photoshop and other relevant tools
  • Creating search-friendly content for our websites, tailored to each business and effectively targeting our private and public sector audiences
  • Evaluating the success of campaigns, in terms of engagement and ROI (for paid campaigns), and reporting these back to the marketing team and senior staff

  • Fantastic written skills, to produce high quality, clear, concise and search friendly content that clearly reflects the personality of each of our companies
  • A passion and enthusiasm for creating persuasive digital content
  • Strong knowledge and experience of social channels, ideally in a business context
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced and creative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
