Role: Office Based Care Coordinator

Job Type:  Full Time 40hrs (may be a requirement for on-call commitment in the future)

Our Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for any care-related query, whether from a care assistant, a client, a relative of the client or other health care professionals associated with the clients care provision.

The role is office based at our Regional Office in Woking, Surrey and involves care matching, planning  and scheduling our excellent front line care staff to meet the care needs of our clients across the South West of England, ensuring that all parties are safeguarded and protected from abuse at all times.

Job Requirements

 



The successful candidate will be able to adapt to the team's requirements, be IT literate, proactive, flexible and must have excellent Customer Service skills.  They will also need outstanding communication skills and be able to seamlessly multi-task whilst remaining calm under pressure in a fast paced environment. You will ensure our client’s right to choice and independence is promoted in a positive manner whilst ensuring that they are treated with the utmost respect, privacy and dignity at all times.
